About Lisa
Hello! I’ve spent the past 22+ years doing crazy awesome things on an adventure to build my best life. I jump out of bed each morning, love what I do, and always count my blessings. I created the control I crave in life and now I help other women, like you, do the same.
Over the years I’ve been fortunate to work in a diverse array of industries and lead several organizations. I grew up in the business world with amazing mentors and many not-so-amazing mentors. I’ve had more coffee meetings with entrepreneurs than I can count – probably in the thousands – learning stories as I crafted my own.
Throughout my journey, I’ve had the opportunity to grow businesses, acquire business(es), open new markets, fight a hostile takeover (I know! It’s crazy.), sell business(es), merge companies, integrate companies, diversify business, and build business(es) from the ground up.

Along the way, I’ve helped others TAKE CONTROL! of their time, money, and life and become business owners. I’ve also helped those that have started a business but needed to scale and achieve sustainable success. Do you crave control over your time, money, and life? A little about me… I’m married to a saint and raising a special needs child. I’m a mindset junkie and a wellness goal-getter with a passionate belief in “Everything You Do Matters”, the Butterfly Effect.

Throughout my career/adventure and regardless of the business, I have focused on helping small businesses grow and people thrive. This is one of the reasons I fell in love with EMI Network in 2012 when I joined as COO and later purchased the company, transforming EMI into a full-service content marketing & creative services firm. Not stopping there, I recently became Partner and CCO of Holland Adhaus. Holland is an 85-year-old company with incredible energy and is in growth mode.
My passion for helping and inspiring others to great success has led me to leadership roles with Dress for Success Cincinnati, YWCA, the Goering Center, Redwood, and the Metropolitan Club. Focusing on both the person and the business, I recently launched a local owner’s forum, with an emphasis on building a business with a purpose.
